Automatic Single Drum Filling Machine provides auto net weight filling with auto bung detection and orientation. This compact filling machine accepts single drums without the need to hand orientate the bung locations. Empty drums are fed into the filling machine via powered conveyor and rotated by an innovative motorized dual wheel drive system that allows a small overhead laser-based vision system to quickly find the bung location. Once this is complete the dual wheel drive mechanism releases the drum and it is quickly tared and net-weight filled according to the stored filling recipe for that product.
The machine performs bottom filling of drums and is perfect for foamy applications. Options include; custom in-feed and out-feed conveyance, fume hoods, sanitary design and explosion proof packages and a variety of drip cups and fume handling options. The machine also features a large color touch screen for machine operation, recipe management and real-time monitoring of the filling process. Auto bung removal and replacement as well as auto cap seal placement options available on this machine.
