Fully Automatic Bag Palletizer

The Robotic Bag Palletizer is typically used for applications stacking between 12-24 bags per minute.  It automatically accumulates and indexes filled bags to a pick station where the robot automatically stacks the bags onto pallets.  The palletizing work cell includes an automatic empty pallet destacker that automatically dispenses empty pallets and indexes them onto a conveyorized bag palletizing station.  It automatically places bags in a pre-programmed pattern to build each layer of the pallet.  The robot builds the pallet layer by layer until the pallet is completed.  Once the pallet is completed, the filled pallet is indexed out of the cell onto either filled pallet accumulation conveyors or a fully automatic stretch wrapper as the process repeats again.
