GZM Bag Palletizer

The GZM Bag Palletizer is typically used in applications stacking between 1-12 bags per minute.  It automatically accumulates and indexes filled bags to a pick station where the robot automatically stacks the bags onto pallets.  The palletizing work cell has two pallet stacking stations where the robotic palletizer places bags on one of the stacking stations in a pre-programmed pattern to build each layer of the pallet. The robot builds the pallet layer by layer until the pallet is completed.  Once one pallet is completed, the Robot will pivot to the other side of the work cell allowing an operator to safely enter the cell to remove the filled pallet and reload a new empty pallet so that the process can continue repeating.
