1. Design Fundamentals

The GZM-1000KMS filling machine is a filling machine specially developed by Shanghai Guangzhi Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., suitable for working environments in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, military and other enterprises. It adopts a liquid level filling method and is suitable for various liquid materials. The uniquely designed spray gun device is easy to operate, with fast and accurate infusion; And ensure to the greatest extent possible the leakage of residual liquid upon completion of infusion.

Characteristics of the system

Made according to the standard QB/T2501-2000 Gravity Automatic Loading Scale;

The contact material part is made of 304L and PTFE, which is corrosion-resistant;

The system is manufactured with high-end electrical accessories such as Omron RELAY;

The front section of the filling gun is equipped with an additional pneumatic ball valve that automatically closes when not filled to prevent material leakage;

The sealing systems are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is solvent resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has a long service life;

The filling gun adopts an insertion type filling method to avoid causing materials to fly shallow on the barrel and affecting the outer packaging;

The system adopts a three speed automatic filling feeding method to improve accuracy;

After the single barrel filling value reaches, the filling gun will automatically lift and wait for the next start;

When the filling gun is not inserted into the barrel mouth, the filling gun automatically lifts and does not perform filling;

When filling, simply manually move the bucket to the weighing table, align it with the gun head, and press the start button to execute filling;

In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to release this filling;
