Civil War Film:

"Manassas: End of Innocence" was not conceived as nor produced to be the typical battlefield interpretive film. While not providing a comprehensive account of either Manassas battle or analyzing the combatants' strategy, this stimulating film will transport you back in time so you can witness for yourself the trauma and tragedy of the Civil War. Relax in our recently renovated theater and enjoy the professionally crafted scenes that dramatically portray events from or associated with the Battles of First and Second Manassas. Narrated by Richard Dreyfus and augmented by Dolby surround sound, Manassas: End of Innocence was filmed on location at the Manassas Battlefield. You will recognize landmarks shown in the film as you tour the Battlefield, and you may even meet members of the cast in their alternate roles as Park staff and volunteers.

The 45 minute film "Manassas: End of Innocence" is shown hourly on the hour between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Admission to the film is $3.00 for age 17 and older.
(The film admission fee is in addition to the Park admission fee.)

Visitors age 16 and younger are admitted free of charge, but must be accompanied by an adult.
